- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A recurring payment always taken out on 10th was taken out on 8th, causing a cascading issue with my mortgage and excessive fees. They would not refund the fees and I've already changed to USAA, a bank that offers free checking, gives you overdraft protection when you want it, and takes payments when they say they will.
