  This place is ridiculous!! I come to renew my DL so I got a number and the middle number was missing you can tell the ink didn't come out, the first was 0 and the last was 0 so based on the numbers they were calling I figured I knew my number and what the number was in between. When they call that number I thought it was no one walked up so I figured it was mine so I go up finally the girl asked if i have been greeted yet I told her no and she wanted me to get a new number to be greeted as she only took pictures, I said no as I have been waiting an hour already and tons of people came in behind me! She sends me to Counter 10 to a manager. I see an older lady blonde/white long hair she may be a manager and I tell her what's going on so she sends me to a different guy who she says is the manager, that guy sends me back to this lady! He tells her to get me a new number and she says to him "no she knows her number, 10 people didn't come behind her " with a snotty attitude basically calling me a liar! And I get very upset and tell her NO I don't know my number!! It's not even there!?.... like is she for real??? Long story short after her handing me another number and said it would be a few minutes it turned into another 30 and I'm sure she sent me back to the end of line on purpose.. What angrys me more than waiting is that lady basically calling me a liar and talking under her breath about me with such a poor attitude. That is so unprofessional and not okay! She works with people face to face all day and if this is her attitude she needs to be in the back hidden where she doesn't need to see people!! I did not do anything to make her act like that with me that was completely un called for and I will be making a formal complaint on her and her unprofessional attitude. I pay for my services and you guys are in customer service so if you don't like your job you should find something else because it's not okay to be rude!!

  Went to renew my vehicle registration online and it said I sold the car....nope. Had to go in to the MVD....was told they had a glitch in their system and a lot of residents registrations were messed up and they had to fix it...would be a few days....ummmm what?! It's YOUR mess up and you can't figure out how to fix it?!!! Terrible - soooo indicative of the State of NM and how they run their business.

  I have a foreign license. When I called the DMV they told me I don't need a written test and all I needed was proof of residency and my Green card and passport. When I got to this DMV the girl at the window told me I do need a written test because of the foreign license. When I confronted her with what her "fine" colleague told me, she said that she doesn't care what her colleague told me because this is "how things go". Seriously worst and rudest service I have ever had!! If only I could get this horrible person fired..
