- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This store is great! I had t ship a china set that has been in my family for generations. I was uneasy to let someone else handle something so fragile and special to me. I went in with the idea of buying bubble paper and boxes and packing them myself. The friendly associate Andrew explained that they guarantee the items they pack with a money back guarantee. Both boxes arrived with everything intact with enough bubble wrap t keep my nephews happily popping for days!By pir8prod, June 20, 2017

Andrew leads a team of very professional, helpful and caring people and I'm always impressed and grateful on how they treat me. I've sent my maintenance many Jim over there to pick up heavy boxes and he's always impressed by how courteous and helpful that they are. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This man, apparently the owner, kept me waiting for over 40 mins and then was so insulting by telling me he had to get packages out first and that I could have left any time I wanted. And he was very condescending by thanking me for my patience. He helped EVERY customer who walked in with packages. I should have left after he out me off in the first place.
